Using our site

For ease of use, we have provided three ways for you to navigate our site:

1. For browsing, clicking on the appropriate product category will take you to your chosen page(s)

2. To view our complete list of products on-line, use the "quick list". Clicking on any reference number will take you direct to the selected item.

3. To find something specific, use our search facility using either a description or a reference number.

Prices

All prices shown are in pounds sterling. We will happily quote you an approximate price in your own currency on request.

Carriage

For your peace of mind ( and ours ) all parcels are fully insured and sent by using one the following services: Royal Mail Special Delivery, Parcelforce 48 or First class recorded delivery in the UK. For International delivery we use International Datapost or Euro 48. International delivery charges are based on destination and weight. We will confirm delivery cost for your acceptance when confirming receipt of order.

Availability

We will confirm all orders usually by email. If the item is in stock, we aim to despatch within 48 hours.

Payment.

We accept all the following cards:

Visa/Mastercard/Delta/Switch/Amex/Solo/JCB.

You should see a closed padlock when entering our secure server for your card details. This ensures your card details will be secure. However, should you have any concerns, you can telephone us or send your details to us by fax. We also accept payment by cheque in UK sterling.

Guarantee

We take every care to ensure all items are in good condition when despatched. However, if any item is found to be faulty or unsatisfactory in any way, it will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
